It's no secret that Italy has long been renowned for the quality of its food. From Northern to Southern Italy, the traditional holiday recipes range over a wide variety of delicious treats; appetizers, first and second courses (either fish or meat based) and of course the most authentic symbol of Christmas - the desserts, with the timeless "rift" between Pandoro and Panettone.
